Brad Chambers supports quality housing that Lancaster County families can actually afford.

In the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, Brad will:

Support First-time Homebuyers Savings Accounts to help young adults and renters prepare and save for future homeownership.

Increase funding for affordable housing non-profits focused on both building and financing for first-time homebuyers and low-to-middle income families, such as the PHARE program.
Expand support for the Whole Home Repairs program to alleviate the administrative backlog preventing PA homeowners and landlords accessing these crucial funds.
Incentivize developers to build more affordable housing units and mixed-income neighborhoods.
Fight for better enforcement of laws designed to safeguard tenants’ rights, prevent unjust evictions, and protect tenants from negligent or predatory landlords.
Champion proven programs that support at-risk families and keep our unhoused population safe, putting them back on a path to self-sufficiency.
